RATES (CANADIAN DOLLARS) December 1 to December 18  -  $750/night December 18 to January 3 - $1,100/night January 3 to March 1 - $800/night March 1 to April 30- $750/night April 30 to June 15 - $500/night June 15 to September 15 - $750/night September 15 to December 1 - $500/night   TERMS & CONDITIONS Minimum rental period is 5 nights. 10% discount on rentals seven nights or more. All rentals are subject to availability and pre-approval. Rental rates are subject to change at any time. 20% deposit due at confirmation of reservation. Full payment due ninety days before rental commencement. Payment accepted by check, money order or credit card. Damage deposit of  $750 minimum due with payment. Damage deposit returned within 45 days of rental vacation. Rental includes linens, utilities, cable, internet service, local phone, and one cleaning per week.  Long distance phone will be deducted from deposit. Additional cleaning available for an extra fee. On-site maintenance and assistance is available and will occasionally check on home systems and condition during rental periods.
